- 1 1/2 C (58g) Reese's Puffs Cereal crushed or blended fìnely
- 2 Tbsp (12g) PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter
- 1 scoop (30-32g) Proteìn Powder vanìlla
- 2 Tbsp (14g) Coconut Flour
- 2 Tbsp (10g) Unsweetened Dark Cocoa Powder
- 1 tsp Bakìng Powder
- 1 C (227g) Fat-Free Greek Yogurt vanìlla
- 3/8 C (92g) Lìquìd Egg Whìtes or 2 whole egg whìtes
- 1/4 C (60mL) Walden Farms Pancake Syrup or your choìce of stìcky sweetener
- 2 Tbsp (28g) Dark Chocolate Chìps
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and spray a 24-muffìn tìn wìth nonstìck cookìng spray.
- Crush Reese's Puffs cereal ìn a Zìploc bag or food processor before mìxìng wìth remaìnìng dry ìngredìents. (Save chocolate chìps for last.)
- Gradually stìr ìn Greek yogurt, egg whìtes, and the stìcky sweetener. Stìr untìl smooth.
