Instructions

  1. First, Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
  2. Second, Pat dry fish with paper towel and place on baking sheet lined with foil
  3. Next, Mix together butter and seasonings 
  4. Spread carefully over fish
  5. Squeeze half of lemon onto fish (about 1 tablespoon juice)
  6. Slice remaining lemon and place on top of each fillet
  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes depending on thickness until fish reaches 145 degrees F and flakes easily with a fork
