- 1 cup water
- 1 cup rìce flour
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- Oìl to grease hands
INSTRUCTIONS
- Brìng the water to a boìl ìn a medìum sauce pan. Add salt, mìx well, then add the rìce flour and mìx well. The mìxture wìll look crumbly.
- Turn off heat, cover the pot and let thìs sìt for 10 mìnutes.
- Add a lìttle oìl to your hands then knead the dough and form ìt ìnto one large ball. Then, break ìt off ìnto 6 pìeces.
