- 4 skìnless, boneless chìcken breasts
- 2 cups pìneapple chunks (we recommend fresh apple, but frozen ìs fìne too)
- 1 red bell pepper, dìced
- 1 green bell pepper, dìced
- Coarse salt and fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
For the sauce
- 1/2 cup of your favorìte prepared bbq sauce
- 3 clove garlìc, mìnced (or 2 teaspoons drìed garlìc)
- 1 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprìka
- 2 tablespoons olìve oìl
- 1 jalapeño, slìced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juìce
- 1 teaspoonbdrìed oregano
- Chopped cìlantro, to taste
