These Spooky S'mores Bars have a thick cracker cookie base, a layer of chocolate, and ar flat-top with ghost-shaped Peeps marshmallows.
The cookie layer is straightforward, so smart...graham cracker crumbs, oats, butter, etc.
After that bakes, the cookie is flat-top with a layer of Hershey bars...yum! Then, on go the Peeps.
inverted since their faces can change state underneath the broiler...how is that for creepy?} ;)
Don't worry...once the marshmallows cool, you'll be able to draw the faces on with a food color pen.
