Dieser gebratener Reis mit Ananas erinnert mich einfach total an unseren letzten Thailand-Urlaub! Super einfach, gesund und Urlaubsfeeling garantiert! Die thailändische Reispfanne ist außerdem vegan und glutenfrei
Ingredients:
- 1 pineapple
- 1 portion cooked rice
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp peas
- 1 green onion
- salt, pepper, sugar
- bit curcuma
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- optional: shrimps, chicken, beef, tofu
Step 1:
- Cut the pineapple into halfs and scoop some small cubes out of it. Tip: Use a tablespoon, it makes it so easy! Cut the carrot, pineapple and onion into small cubes and the green onion into small rings.
Step 2:
- Stir-fry the onions and carrots in a large pan for 2 minutes. Then add the peas and pineapple and stir-fry them for 3 more minutes.
Step 3:
- Add the cooked rice and stir until all ingredients are mixed. Add some salt, pepper, sugar, curcuma and soy sauce. When everything is ready, serve the fried rice in the fresh pineapple und garnish with some fresh green onions.
