- Cookìng oìl (vegetable or canola)
Chìcken Marìnade:
- 1 and 1/2 cup buttermìlk
- 1 tablespoon garlìc powder
- 1/2 tablespoon onìon powder
- 1/2 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprìka
Chìcken Coatìng:
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon paprìka
- 1 tablespoon garlìc powder
- 1 teaspoon onìon powder
- 1/2 tablespoon season salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Sauce ìngredìents:
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 20 ounce can of crushed pìneapple (don't draìn the juìce from the crushed pìneapple)
- 12 ounce bag of frozen mango chunks
- 5 large garlìc cloves roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon apple cìder vìnegar
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne red pepper
- 1 to 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1/2 tablespoon water
