Garlic Sauce Chicken Thighs Recipe

Garlic Sauce chicken – Pan-seared hen thighs organized with an excellent wine and garlic sauce.

Garlic Sauce hen: the dish that sits on the pinnacle of the list of our favorite hen recipes, for now and for for all time. Amen.


We had a few exquisite dinner visitors couple of weeks ago and that i fed them this amazingness known as garlic sauce chook plus cake, and it jogged my memory to replace it right here and proportion it with you all, another time. consider me, you could’t go incorrect with any of that. It’s a pretty damn true recipe.

INGREDIENTS:


  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 pounds chicken thighs
  • salt and fresh ground pepper , to taste
  • 1 whole bulb of garlic , peeled, cloves separated
  • 1 cup white wine (use a wine that you like)
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary


INSTRUCTIONS:


  1. Warmth olive oil in a huge skillet.
  2. Upload fowl and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cooking over medium warmth, brown the hen on each facets; approximately 4 mins according to aspect.
  4. Put off chook from skillet and set apart.
  5. Add garlic cloves to the skillet and cook dinner, stirring often, till golden; about three mins. DO now not BURN the garlic.
  6. Cautiously upload wine to the skillet.
  7. Stir in parsley and upload rosemary.
